Disappointing experience, the young woman working was quite rude. I walked in, said “hi, how are you?” and was ignored. I was the only one in the store, I asked her how pricing works and she stared at me with no answer. I asked how much a specific candy was, and still got no answer, just a stare. I bought one candy and got out of there as fast as possible. Will definitely not return.

So incredibly disappointed in their outrageous shipping costs. I have enjoyed their candies for over 25 years, 10 years of that have been while living in Denver. I order candy multiple times a year from them for myself and others. We love their chocolates but paying $39.99 for shipping 1.5 pounds of candy is outrageous. I’m heartbroken but will be taking my business to local shops now. (And yes, I understand costs of shipping have gone up. But I ship items too and do not experience this sort of bill)

Wonderful selection of fine chocolate and assorted candies. They have a nice coffee shop too, I just didn't get any today. Today we got gifts for people.

First time at this candy/coffee shop. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The coffeeshop is attached to a candy shop, so I took my toddler with me to get a drink and a treat for her. As I was getting my coffee order, my toddler came up to me with tiny thorns covering both her hands. The coffee shop has a cactus right next to the napkin, straw and sugar area, and my toddler must have grabbed it. Now this was a valuable lesson for my child so I'm not annoyed about that (dont touch!), but I did think this was poor placement for a plant like that, and I said so to the shop. 1) it's a candy shop, this prickly plant is at grabbing level for small children 2) it's in an area where there are busy hands, grabbing whatever for their purchased beverages (sugar, etc). Anyone can accidentally knock into it. 3) the staff seemed very unsympathetic. They offered band aids, but that's about it. They seemed unbothered and all had dead fish stares. I know I'm being "that mom", but I think there are other more suitable places for that kind of decoration. I left with a very uncomfortable toddler, I probably won't come back. First time there considering how many times I passed by when they were closed. It was a enjoyable experience looking at all of the candies and peanuts! I got a few chocolates and will definitely be there as soon as possible. Great place and great people. Update...the fldark chocolate with orange is heavenly! Plus the do have some vegan options.
